Autumn Francisco

My TED talk was about gun violence and it was about losing friends to gun violence, whereas the position I stepped into once I moved here was working with people who got a second chance. They didn't lose their life. In that role, I was getting them the resources they need to feel comfortable getting back out in the community and really addressing the root problem.
